Cause: Conveyor belt speed and label delivery speed are not properly matched.
Solution: Recalibrate the conveyor belt and label delivery motor speed settings to ensure synchronization.
Cause: The inductive coating on the carbon copy paper changes color when subjected to pressure or heat.
•Reversible Color Change: Reverts to its original color after exposure to heat or friction.
•Color cannot be restored after development and is commonly used for barcodes or official documents.
Solution: For long-term storage or anti-counterfeiting purposes, it is recommended to use irreversible carbon copy paper; for short-term use, choose reversible color-change material.
Cause: The paper or glue is not compatible with the product material (e.g., glass, plastic, metal, etc.).
Solution: Select appropriate label paper and glue based on the product material and verify them during the testing phase to avoid post-production issues.
Cause: The color of the sticker backing paper or the transparent label can cause the photoelectric sensor to misread the label.
Solution: Provide a dedicated sensor or change the backing paper color to the appropriate color to ensure proper machine operation.
